Get ready for some American bogans…If there is such a thing.
Seven will fasttrack the NBC adaptation of the Aussie comedy Kath & Kim from October 12, just 3 days after its US broadcast.
The comedy series has undergone an onslaught of problems since it was first announced last year. There were shifts in crew behind the scenes, negative first impressions during focus group testing and all round bad press surrounding the series. So how will the American version hold up? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Kath & Kim premieres October 12 on Seven.
