Donald Sutherland and Amanda Bynes head a casting bonanza on TVAUSCAST with a roles in Warner Bros. TV’s ‘Eastmans’ pilot and ABC’s ‘Canned’.

Donald Sutherland has joined Warner Bros. TV’s ‘Eastmans’, as the rogue and wealthy patriarch of a dysfunctional family of doctors.
Amanda Bynes is returning to series television as naive Midwestern girl Sarabeth, in ABC’s comedy pilot ‘Canned’, about a group of friends who are fired in a corporate shake-up.
Scott Caan will lead ‘Cop House’, as a champion marksman who suffered a nervous breakdown after his wife left him for his sister, in the Fox’s Brett Ratner-directed comedy pilot set in a halfway house for troubled cops.
Michelle Trachtenberg will co-star as an inexperienced newby nurse in NBC’s drama pilot ‘Mercy’, which centres on the friendship of three nurses.
Josh Charles will star opposite Julianna Margulies in has the CBS’ drama pilot ‘The Good Wife’, which centers on a politician’s wife (Margulies) who gets a job as a junior associate at a top law firm. Charles will play a fellow partner at the firm.
Tom Riley has landed the fourth lead on ABC’s comedy ‘No Heroics’.
Catherine Dent has joined NBC’s apocalyptic drama ‘Day One’.
