‘Breaking Bad’ renewed
AMC have picked up ‘Breaking Bad’ for a third season, only four episodes into its second season run.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMC have picked up ‘Breaking Bad’ for a third season, only four episodes into its second season run.
The series has garnered even greater critical acclaim since the win by Bryan Cranston at the Emmy’s last year. The show, just yesterday received a Peabody Award for excellence in electronic media.
The second season premiere drew 1.7 million viewers, up 21% from the first season premiere.
‘Breaking Bad’ stars Cranston as a high-school chemistry teacher-turned-meth manufacturer after being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. It was created by Vince Gilligan.
‘Breaking Bad’ joins ‘Mad Men’, which has also been renewed for a third season on basic cable channel AMC.
