Transformers movie rocks. i am a fan of Transformers ever since childhood. Now i have three kids and they all like the Transformers cartoon series and the Movie.

Problem was though Blu-Ray robots and sci-fi is all well and good and fun like Transformers 1 but when it isn’t conveyed on screen as what the team behind the film were trying to convey on paper you have problems and as I said the action is terrific but special effects and explosions on screen mean sh!t to me if the rest of the film is falling apart around it.

I think two stars is a bit harsh. Sure the story has plot holes like many fans are saying, but the action was still exciting enough for me to give this 3 and half stars. Gotta love Robots and Science Fiction.

2 Stars is more than appropriate, its actually kind. Which is what I gave it but I’m increasingly wanting to knock it down another star, it was god awful and not because it rehashed the first film, or it borrowed action concepts from every Michael Bay film out – but that it was messy, it was poorly constructed, it had lame attempts and humor, racist and offensive robots, there was no flow whatsoever, one minute they’re in a museum stealing something which I still don’t understand what, the next scene quite literally they’re in the desert WTF?!?!? SERIOUSLY WTF?!?!?! I can appreciate a Michael Bay film for what it is, enjoyable summer fodder, a rollercoaster of action – even when his stories aren’t that good; there is still that sense of heart and plot line to them. TF2 is just a convoluted horrible film with no heart, no storyline and no impact. YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO BECOME BORED WITH 2 AND A HALF HOURS OF ACTION WHEN YOU DON’T GIVE A F@#K FOR ANYTHING GOING ON ONSCREEN, even when it involves major character fates.
