Noah Wyle re-teaming with Speilberg
Noah Wyle will re-team with Spielberg (whose company was behind ‘ER’) on an untitled alien invasion pilot for TNT.
Former ‘ER’ star Noah Wyle has landed the lead in TNT’s untitled Steven Speilberg alien-invasion pilot.
The project is set shortly after aliens have wiped out most of the human race. Wyle will play the leader of group of soldiers and civilians who struggle against the alien force.
The pilot was written by Robert Rodat (“Saving Private Ryan”) from an idea he conceived with Spielberg.
Spielberg, whose company was behind ‘ER’ said,”It is a privilege to be starting a second series with Noah — the first didn’t do too badly.”
DreamWorks Television will produce the pilot under executive producers Spielberg, Rodat, Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank.
