Melinda Clarke joining ‘Vampire Diaries’
Everyone’s favourite ‘OC’ mum is joining the cast of ‘The Vampire Diaries’ this March on The CW.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Melinda Clarke, better know by her former ‘OC’ counterpart Julie Cooper, is set to join the cast of the ‘The Vampire Dairies’.
The scene stealer has been tapped to play Kelly Donovan, Matt’s absentee mother — who apart from being irresponsible is also a bit of an alcoholic. Perfect fit right?
Clarke is currently signed on for at least 3 episodes, with her first appearance slated for March on The CW.
‘The Vampire Diaries’ airs 8.30pm Mondays on GO!
